1. About Sube
Sube is a non-custodial mobile crypto wallet. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds or private keys. You alone are responsible for your wallet, your recovery phrase, and every transaction you sign.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use crypto and online gambling services in your jurisdiction. Sube is not available to residents of restricted regions.
3. No custody, no advice
Sube is software, not a financial institution. We do not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto and gambling both carry risk — never move funds you cannot afford to lose.
4. Third-party casinos
Casinos linked inside Sube are independent third parties. Their terms, KYC requirements and payout policies are their own. Sube is not responsible for their conduct or the outcome of any wager.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to use Sube for money laundering, fraud, sanctioned activity, or any use unlawful in your jurisdiction.
6. Limitation of liability
Sube is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost funds, missed transactions, or third-party actions.
