Terms of use

The Sube mobile wallet and the sube.online website (the "Service") are provided by Sube Technologies Ltd, a private limited liability company incorporated under the Companies Law, Cap. 113 of the Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE 497682, incorporated on 1 September 2026 in Nicosia, Cyprus.

By downloading, installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sube is self-custody software. Your wallet is created on your device, your private keys and recovery phrase never leave it, and we do not hold, control, freeze, recover or have any access to your funds. You alone are responsible for your recovery phrase, your device security and every transaction you sign.

We are not a bank, payment institution, exchange, broker, custodian or money transmitter. We do not execute transactions on your behalf, hold client funds, or act as an intermediary in any transfer.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of majority where you live), have full legal capacity, and be permitted under your local law to use crypto-asset software and, where relevant, online gambling services. You must not be resident in, or accessing the Service from, a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited, nor be subject to EU, UN, UK or US sanctions.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful where you are.

• Store your recovery phrase offline and never share it with anyone, including anyone claiming to be Sube.
• Verify every recipient address, network and amount before signing — blockchain transfers are irreversible.
• Keep your device, operating system and the app up to date, and protected by a passcode or biometrics.
• Download Sube only from the official App Store, Google Play or sube.online.
• Comply with all tax, reporting and gambling laws that apply to you.

Sube is software, not a financial institution. Nothing in the app, on the website, or in any price feed, odds display, ranking or AI-generated suggestion is financial, investment, legal, tax or betting advice. Any AI or automation features are informational only and can be inaccurate or incomplete; decisions and outcomes are yours.

Crypto-assets are volatile and may lose all value. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Networks can congest, fork or fail. Smart contracts and third-party protocols can contain bugs or be exploited. Gambling involves a risk of loss and can be addictive. Never commit funds you cannot afford to lose, and seek help if gambling stops being entertainment.

Casinos, exchanges, on-ramps, bridges, market-data feeds and other services reachable from inside Sube are independent third parties. Their terms, licences, KYC requirements, bonus rules and payout policies are their own. We do not operate gambling services, do not accept wagers, and are not responsible for their conduct, availability, promotions or the outcome of any wager. Any listing, ranking or reward shown in Sube may be commercially supported and is not an endorsement or a guarantee.

Rewards, cashback and promotional offers are discretionary, may be provided by third parties, and are subject to their own eligibility rules. We may change, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, and may withhold rewards obtained through abuse, multi-accounting or fraud.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or handle proceeds of crime;
• commit fraud, phishing, market manipulation or any unlawful activity;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with or attack the Service or its infrastructure;
• use bots, scrapers or automation to abuse promotions or degrade the Service;
• infringe intellectual property or misuse the Sube name, logo or branding.

The Sube name, logo, design, interface, copy and software are owned by Sube Technologies Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved. Open-source components remain governed by their own licences.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including features and supported networks, at any time. Because the wallet is non-custodial, you can always recover your funds with your recovery phrase using compatible third-party wallet software, even if the Service becomes unavailable.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sube Technologies Ltd, its directors, employees and partners are not liable for lost or inaccessible funds, lost or forgotten recovery phrases, gambling losses, missed or failed transactions, network or third-party failures, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits or data.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to EUR 100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify Sube Technologies Ltd against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the Service, or your infringement of another party's rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or applicable law. Your funds remain yours and accessible with your recovery phrase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the EEA may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence and benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of that country.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
